carelessness of your technician I came in your dealership of 3-26-2018 for an oil change and tire rotation. Your absent minded technician forgot to return my nuts which are needed t I came in your dealership of 3-26-2018 for an oil change and tire rotation. Your absent minded technician forgot to return my nuts which are needed to loosen tire bolts.. I had them in my glove compartment when I brought the vehicle in for service. After leaving your premises, on my way home, I checked my glove compartment for those nuts to loosen tire.. They were not there. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with this episode. I would have ranked your dealership with FIVE STARS, but I did not because of this experience, I have given you a THREE STARS ratings. I have to think TWICE before ever putting my foot in your premises EVER AGAIN. More
