As regards service I have only brought in vehicle in for basic service; Oil, filter and tyre rotation and the process was easy, done to satisfaction in a timely manner. The young lady (Jen) who worked with me did an excellent job, I will request her on my next visit. I thoroughly enjoy driving my 2015 Accord coupe with the Vtech V6 and will only change when Honda brings back the Accord Coupe with a 6 cylinder engine. More

They scheduled me for a next day appointment, and were even able to take my vehicle in early as I arrived about 30min before my scheduled time. They gave me a free lunch and then drove me back to my home (within 3mi shuttle service) while service was completed. They then picked me up when my vehicle was done and brought out my serviced, newly washed Honda. Great overall service and experience, highly recommend! More

Everyone else said "NO" While I have had many things go wrong with my 2010 Civic sedan, I must say this dealership continues to go the extra mile to help as best they can. Most recently, they accomplished a bit of a miracle! I was told there was no way that Honda would pay for the fading paint on my car for 2 big reasons: (1) My paint color code was not on the list of approved paints Honda recalled a while ago, and (2) I was past the 7 year time frame to claim that coverage. After 3 weeks hearing nothing, I assumed the issue was dead as everyone had predicted. Then I received a call from miracle-worker JENNIFER C. who announced that Honda had, in fact, APPROVED repainting my roof and trunk as long as I paid a $100 deductible for each area. WOOHOO!!!!!!!! It was Jennifer who had gone the extra mile to take photos and present my case directly to Honda. Kudos to Jennifer, once again, for going above and beyond for a valued customer. I recommend this dealership highly. Especially Jennifer C. More
