Had a service maintenance appointment for oil and filters, MPI came back showing that battery was looking in the yellow and recommended to replace. My particular battery was not in stock & needed to filters, MPI came back showing that battery was looking in the yellow and recommended to replace. My particular battery was not in stock & needed to be ordered in. Heard nothing regarding status of battery delivery for the rest of the day, but set an appointment the following morning for 8:30 AM and was told the process would take no more than 25 minutes. Arrive that morning, and was told that I would get the car back in about an hour, due to customer volume. Planned to stay and wait during the service, but unfortunately at around 10 I had been informed that the wrong battery was ordered. At that point I needed to leave. Very unfortunate experience, as our family has purchased vehicles at this location for the last ten years. More
