Vast majority of personnel helpful and competent. Later the employee manning the reception desk located and set aside a tablet that I had inadvertently left in the seating area for my next day pick up. Took great care of me! I brought my Odyssey mini van in for 75,000 check up. I told them it was also vibrating a bit between 60-70 mph. The found a problem with the steering that required a repair/part covered by warranty. Bob Hovorka told me they needed to keep the van an extra day to approve the repair with warranty company. He provided me with a rental van (no charge) so that I could still enjoy my time with my grandchildren! I live in the FL Keys and come up to visit the kids and get my van serviced (I purchased it from Brandon Honda!). When I picked the van up on Monday It was good to go. My only issue was on my receipt of services it said it had been washed and vaccumed but it clearly had not been vaccummed. There were still bug smears on the windshield and front bumper too - but I am pretty sure the car wash machine doesn't get those off - I have to hand scrub. I love the service I get here, it is personal and professional! Thanks Bob and the Brandon Honda team! More

Very nice guy! Mr. Hovorka was very friendly and quick to help.
