Everyone else said "NO" While I have had many things go wrong with my 2010 Civic sedan, I must say this dealership continues to go the extra mile to help as best they can. Most recently, they accomplished a bit of a miracle! I was told there was no way that Honda would pay for the fading paint on my car for 2 big reasons: (1) My paint color code was not on the list of approved paints Honda recalled a while ago, and (2) I was past the 7 year time frame to claim that coverage. After 3 weeks hearing nothing, I assumed the issue was dead as everyone had predicted. Then I received a call from miracle-worker JENNIFER C. who announced that Honda had, in fact, APPROVED repainting my roof and trunk as long as I paid a $100 deductible for each area. WOOHOO!!!!!!!! It was Jennifer who had gone the extra mile to take photos and present my case directly to Honda. Kudos to Jennifer, once again, for going above and beyond for a valued customer. I recommend this dealership highly. Especially Jennifer C. More

I used the service department to work on my current HRV. It was under a purchased warranty. The warranty was under my old name & address. Mike the assistant service mananger helped me contact my warranty(which I bought from a very bad dealer in Ohio). I got everything changed & Mike contacted me to let me know I could get my fender painted. So I did because I know Brandon Honda does quality work! They treat people very well at that dealership & offer things that other dealers don’t! Julie More

3+ Hours & Only Got 1 of 3 Services I Asked For! Had an appointment for $39 Special including LOF, tire rotation & courtesy inspection. Also asked them to balance all 4 wheels for the extra charge, i Had an appointment for $39 Special including LOF, tire rotation & courtesy inspection. Also asked them to balance all 4 wheels for the extra charge, it's an old CRV so I asked for the inspection list to contain actual worn out items not just a computer generated laundry list based on mileage. I was told "no problem". What I got was the typical list of items totaling $8034.56 (yes, that's 8K+). When I finished laughing, the car is only worth ~$1700, I found out they didn't really check several things they were recommending needed urgent repair, eg, front and rear struts and sparks plugs (which I had only recently replaced). Once home I noticed the technician apparently used the infamous putty knife technique to gouge out my valve cover gasket, which I had replaced just a couple of years ago, now it's leaking oil and needs to be replaced again. They never balanced the wheels for me, they lost one of the valve stem caps and I have zero confidence they actually checked my brakes and exhaust system. I did check the tie rods and they need replacing but they cut the rubber boots with something sharp, they were not worn out but now the inner tie rod joint is exposed to the elements and will need my immediate attention. I could go on but I'll close with this one additional point, the entire set of front end tie rods and accessories is ~$200 from Napa, they told me it was going to cost over $520 for the Napa parts for a total of over $1600 with labor and miscellaneous "shop supplies". I understand they need to make a tidy profit on labor and random "shop supplies", but to double, triple or in at least one instance quadruple the parts cost is unconscionable. I heard other customers in the waiting room complaining about similar issues, so mine was not an isolated incident. I can say the service advisor was very friendly and polite but she had very little clue about service details. The cashiers were very friendly and polite as were the car jockeys in the service yard. More
