Thanks Neil Cann for taking the time to respond with your CYA lies about what actually transpired while I was at Brandon Honda and what you imagined you offered to do, but no amount of subterfuge will change the facts. Your team did not perform the tasks offered or requested by me and all you did during our brief conversation was to defend the incompetence of your team. Why would any reasonable person ever let you touch their vehicle again once they found out how corrupt and/or incompetent your service department is. FYI, I did the valve cover gasket repair myself 2 days ago, and surprise surprise the gasket was still in pristine condition (from having been replaced ~3 years ago) except for where your mechanic punctured it with something sharp. So NO, I will not be taking you up on your delayed offer to spend several more hours waiting for you to not actually "inspect" anything. I will not be bringing my vehicle to Brandon Honda ever again, and I will never buy a vehicle from you!
