Service My service consultant was Lamar he was excellent. Had a problem after i left the dealership with my tire pressure and lamar had my car picked up the My service consultant was Lamar he was excellent. Had a problem after i left the dealership with my tire pressure and lamar had my car picked up the next morning to see what the problem was. I’m still not sure what service did if they didnt check my tire preasure like they siad they did or they somehow removed air from my tires but Lamar made sure it was corrected. Great customer service More

Service Department Excellent I had a routine oil change and repair to driver's visor, and both were done very quickly and efficiently. The department runs much better than a year I had a routine oil change and repair to driver's visor, and both were done very quickly and efficiently. The department runs much better than a year ago, all staff polite and quick to please. Service Manager Gunner did excellent job processing my order, provided me a shuttle to and from work, and all work done quickly and correctly. Visor now not falling down any more. WIll definitely return now for next needed service! More

Wait, wait, wait and more wait Went in for recall work, but needed some additional attention on maintenance issues. Had appointment and was there on a Saturday from 10 am to 4:30 pm Went in for recall work, but needed some additional attention on maintenance issues. Had appointment and was there on a Saturday from 10 am to 4:30 pm. Charged me for recall work which should have been no charge. Needed break work done, but break hydraulic flush not included. Needed 2 tires and told come back Monday when tires would be in stock. Went back Monday at 3:20 p.m. Service advisor knew I was coming and what time. Waited 30 minutes for check in. At 4:30, I was told tires were not in stock and they were leaving to go somewhere else to get them. At 6:00 p.m. told car was done and could pick up outside. Waited another 20 minutes for boys to bring car. Total wait for two tires 2 1/2 hours. For the amount of money I spent, the service should have been much better. More
