Great Experience My son needed to take his Honda Pilot in for recall services and didn't want to take a half day off from work, so he made the appointment and asked me My son needed to take his Honda Pilot in for recall services and didn't want to take a half day off from work, so he made the appointment and asked me to take his car in since I am "retired". I arrived at the dealership 10 minutes before the scheduled time and was immediately greeted by a service specialist. After just a few minutes David Phelps, Assistant Service Manager, came out to greet me and get the exact mileage of the vehicle. I followed him inside to his area and he confirmed the reason for the visit and even updated some old information in the system on the vehicle and asked me if I had ever been there before? When I said no, he took me to where I could comfortably wait and showed me where everything was (coffee, water, cafe and restrooms). He told me I would get a text and could get updates on the progress of the work being done. Although I was prepared to wait as long as 4 hours for the service work to be completed, David came to get me in just over an hour to tell me the work was done. I knew the tire light was on in the vehicle but since the vehicle is well past the warranty period, I had not mentioned that to David since I thought I would have to take the car to another mechanic to get the tires checked and the light reset. He saw the light, had the tires checked and air added to them and the tire pressure light reset. Additionally, he had the car washed when it was pulled up for me. What a GREAT experience! I told my son how happy I was to take his car to Brandon Honda for service and would not hesitate to share my experience! Good Job! More

I also made the notice to Richard then that no wonder the car consumed a lot of gas when refer to per mileage Have the car replace the emission purge valve on Thursday of the following week. I was told to observe the gas consumed by the car by setting to zero the time when refill the fuel to the full tank. And feel free to get back to Richard of any question. More
