Service at Brandon Honda My first contact with the service department at Brandon Honda came about a year ago when I was having issues with a set of Continental tires that were My first contact with the service department at Brandon Honda came about a year ago when I was having issues with a set of Continental tires that were well out of warrantee but had less than 10,000 miles on them. I contacted Continental and, as a good will gesture, offered 25% of my original purchase towards a new set of Continental tires. I thought it was a pretty fair offer. I called Brandon Honda and was lucky enough to get to speak with Stefanie Zito, Assistant Service Manager. She not only agreed to advocate in my behalf with Continental tire, but was able to negotiate a new set of Continental tires at NO COST TO ME. Now that's what I call customer service! We are "snow birds" for now and while here, service my Honda Ridgeline and Acura MDX at Brandon Honda.. I not only recommend Stefanie and Brandon Honda, I highly recommend them. I am a former employee of 3 car dealerships in NH and in my 72 years have owned more cars than I can remember. I can't think of a reason to have my cars serviced at any other facility. More
