During a recent service visit for our 2013 CR-V, I finally had the pleasure of having Augustine take care of us. Not only was he courteous and professional, he also took the time to listen and acknowledged our concerns; which is a key element missing from customer interactions these days. Being in the customer service profession for many years, I tend to be more critical as a customer. I can honestly say that Augustine should be the head of Customer Service training for the entire Morgan Automotive group. While my wife and I would hate to lose him as our service manager, we think everyone would benefit in the end. Thanks for taking care of us Augustine and keep up the great work! More
