Last weekend I was greeted by Stacey as my service advisor, when I took my Accord for a routine oil change service. She took my customer service experience a few notches above what I've experienced in the past, just by the way she interacted with customers and taking the time to actually engage in meaningful conversation. It was very gratifying to feel that we are not just numbers, but actually human beings. I also have had great experience with Bob Hovorka, as he has been my service advisor in the past, and who thrives for excellent service. Kudos to my recent technician Jose Mena, who, along with Stacey, is not listed in the employee list below at the time of this review, but who also deserves some credit for the fast turnaround.
