This is our third purchase at Brandon Honda and this experience reinforces why we keep coming back!! Rachel was awesome ! the repairs that were done on my car seem to have been done correctly as i have not experienced any on going issues. the only issue that i want to point out is your labor rates, i realize that you get what you pay for but my repairs materials were a little over $200 but i was charged over $1400 for labor, according to my receipt the labor time was over 9 hours but i am certain my technician wasn't paid that amount and your dealership certainly pocketed the rest and that just seems excessive to me. i also realize you're in business to make money but making money is easy when you charge these kind of rates. i just think the labor charge seemed excessive. thank you for listening More

Since I had another appt. back in Sun City Center at 3:30 I could not wait. I wouldn't have waited anyway. This is no way to treat customers. I am an older person and when I get a recall notice i get very worried about the safety of my car. Manager contacted me several days later and explained the necessary procedure for my type of sensor recall. More

Xtra long wait times even if you have a appointment. We own three Hondas and are new to the area and are using them for service. I take all my vehicles there and have been there about seven times. Each time it has never failed you are hanging around there for several hours. I've waited three and one half hours for a quick lube oil change and tire rotation. They send you coupons however there is a fee for everything thus doubling the coupon. More
Sorely dissappointed Since purchasing our Honda from Brandon Honda, we have been extremely dissatisfied with the lack of customer service. To begin, when we purchased our Since purchasing our Honda from Brandon Honda, we have been extremely dissatisfied with the lack of customer service. To begin, when we purchased our Honda Pilot, we had the interior upgraded to brand new leather. In less than a year, parts of the brand new leather which cost me $1800 started turning yellow. This is brand new mind you. I have never seen this ever in any vehicle I have owned. When we made an appt to have them redo the yellowing parts, the tech who repairs the interior showed up over an hour late to my wife's appt. He was supposed to treat the new leather with some sort of protectant but didnt and then left the facility without completing the job..That was the first visit. The second visit schedule was to treat the new leather. The tech shows up and treats the leather but did a terrible job at it. He left multiple streaks in the leather by not evenly applying the treatment. We also had to get the alignment fixed. The techs said they completed the alignment. Again, my wife leaves the dealership, gets on the highway, only to have the front end start shaking at 70mph on I-75. Utterly ridiculous. We went to Brandon Honda based on their pitch of being the best in customer service. We were duped. I've experienced far better customer service than this and will not be purchasing another vehicle from here ever again. More

The motor was making noise when I picked it up - turned out to be leaves had fallen in and were hitting the fan, and once they removed the leaves, everything worked like new. Being an older woman, I was expecting double talk and up-selling, but this did not happen. Richard Im treated me with respect, listened to my description of the problem, and had it all resolved quickly. I can trust the people and service at Brandon Honda. More
