Since the day I bought my new Honda, which let me add was the easiest laid back experience ever in my car buying history, I have always had a positive Since the day I bought my new Honda, which let me add was the easiest laid back experience ever in my car buying history, I have always had a positive experience in the service area. My go to service adviser is Augustine Cardona, and if I know he won't be working the day I bring my car in, I'll schedule my maintenance service on a day he will be there. All the advisers are super nice and knowledgeable, but we all have our favorite, and Augustine is mine. He is 20 steps ahead of the game, and can jungle a million things at one time, even while answering the million questions I'm firing at him:) He has definitely helped me understand the what and why of my car, and does it in terms I can understand! My daughter just recently purchased a new a vehicle from here, and yep.... Augustine's business card was the first thing I put in her car! Thank you for the great service Brandon Honda!! Patty More

Great experience as always I was there for oil change and tire rotation. As always, the overall service was very good. My advisor Bob was very professional,explaining everythin I was there for oil change and tire rotation. As always, the overall service was very good. Their printer wasn't working so they were running little behind with the service, but for me that wasn't a big deal, it can happen anywhere.Bob was so nice and apologetic, so he offered me not to charge me for the service. Camera Issues I don't know exactly how service is conducted because I very rarely have to use them. However that being said when I pulled into the service lane I was immediately greeted by an individual who after I describe why I was there proceeded to tell me that he was not a "service person" and that someone who be with me shortly. He then checked the battery and washer fluids, nice touch. Here is my issue I had to wait for a considerable amount of time until a "Service person" showed up. Very frustrating. More

Excellent Customer Service I took my 2012 Honda Accord to Brandon Honda due to the passenger airbag inflator recall. Mr. Augustine Cardona provided excellent customer service. Mr. Cardona took the time to satisfactorily answer all of my questions. He also made arrangements for LIFT services to take me home while my car was being repaired and pick me up after repair. Mr. Cardona called me to let me know about additional repairs (new tires and brakes) that needed to be done. He took the time to explain why these repairs should be done soon, and Brandon Honda can get it done to my satisfaction. I agreed to have new tires installed, and my brakes done at Brandon Honda. I was very pleased with Mr. Cardona professionalism and the exceptional customer service. I am also very pleased with the repairs done on my car. More
