Quick, Reliable Service and Personable Employees I had my Honda CR-V serviced for the first time yesterday. They began with tread and battery checks right away and the wait for a service agent was o I had my Honda CR-V serviced for the first time yesterday. They began with tread and battery checks right away and the wait for a service agent was only moments away. Jennifer Chasse made sure to get the needed information and her sweet smile and mild demeanor was welcoming. She told me the wait time would be about an hour and it was even less time than that before she came into the waiting room to let me know my car was ready and being washed. Waiting was comfortable (padded seats were like sitting in your best chair at home) and free coffee/water was welcomed. Service was excellent and all personnel were pleasant. I very much appreciated the service provided at Brandon Honda. More
