great for service : louse to traid I was told a year ago while I had my 2014 Odyssey Elite in for service with only 19,000 miles on it, that I could down size one grade and get a 2016 I was told a year ago while I had my 2014 Odyssey Elite in for service with only 19,000 miles on it, that I could down size one grade and get a 2016 Odyssey for little or nothing, The finance guy came back and said he could get me a lower rate and even lower my payments. He didn't tell me that my 3 year $30,000 dollar loan was now a 7 year 64,000 dollar loan. He had that fancy desk and kept pushing digital papers at us saying sine here. I never had a chance to read what I was signing. I never got the paper copies of what I was signing, just a thumb drive. Dumb me I never made copies till a couple weeks later. I had given my Elite away for $30,000 and payed sticker price for the 2016 and with every add on in the book. And to add gingery the 2016 is not the car the 2014 was. that's why I said your service is great, but I wouldn't recommend buying a car from you. Bill Erickson More
