Customer service I have had Stefanie Zito as my service advisor on more than 2 or 3 occasion when my car needed special attention! Got my A/C fixed! My air conditioning was working intermittently and has been for quite some time. I took it to the dealership recently and was told they could not find My air conditioning was working intermittently and has been for quite some time. I took it to the dealership recently and was told they could not find a problem. At the insistence of my dad I made another appointment. With the help of Augustine Cardona, Service Advisor, the problem was diagnosed properly this time. He has been very helpful in the past and I will always request his service as the Advisor in the future. The blower motor was bad and the blend door needed to be replaced. It all works as it should now. Too bad it took 2 trips to the service department to get the issue resolved. More
