Best auto service ever? I took my Honda Civic in to have my AC checked because it would begin blowing out hot air instead of cold and to have it serviced for a road trip. Af I took my Honda Civic in to have my AC checked because it would begin blowing out hot air instead of cold and to have it serviced for a road trip. After the AC diagnostic and a check of my car, the service department determined that I needed a new compressor as well as a new battery and an oil change. There was no way that I could afford the cost of the repairs, since I'm a retired school teacher. Augustine Cardona, working with Erik Vogle and Russell from Honda USA, somehow managed to discount the cost of the repairs to an amount I could manage. What a blessing I received that day from Brandon Honda! More

Well done When getting a routine oil change, Brandon Honda pointed out that I had a leaky axle rod and needed 3 new tires. I shopped around for a better price f When getting a routine oil change, Brandon Honda pointed out that I had a leaky axle rod and needed 3 new tires. I shopped around for a better price for the tires and repair, but when I couldn't find one, scheduled an appointment to have Brandon Honda service my CR-V. Since it was going to take several hours, I took advantage of their shuttle service to wait at home. The shuttle came back for me and after I was home about an hour, my service rep called to say that the wrong tires had been put on my car and rather than inconvenience me, they sent a valet team to my apartment to pick up the car and put on the correct tires and returned my car about an hour later. More

60,000 Service of 2013 Honda CRV I recently purchased my CRV from Brandon Honda and had to schedule the 60K service. My service advisor was Bob Hovorka. I called on Friday morning and I recently purchased my CRV from Brandon Honda and had to schedule the 60K service. My service advisor was Bob Hovorka. I called on Friday morning and they scheduled me for Saturday morning. I arrived and was greeted by the Service staff, offered coffee, and was checked in in less than 10 mins. Since I was not planning on getting a Service appointment so quickly, I had other appointments scheduled that day. Bob set me up with a "loaner" car to meet my other appointments. The car was serviced, washed, and ready for pick up an hour ahead of schedule. The entire experience was exceptional. Bob was incredibly attentive and ensured I was in and out quickly and that my Service and experience exceeded my expectations which they did. More

This time we came in for the 30,000 mile maintenance service. It was easy to make the appointment and you provided a loaner car since we had important business to conduct in the area while our car was being serviced. Thanks! We had to wait nearly an hour for our bill to be completed when we arrived back at the dealership. Also, we scheduled the appointment believing that we could use a discount coupon to help offset the fairly high cost of the 30,000-mile maintenance. When we tried to use the coupon offer we received by email we were told it wasn't valid for the service we received. Thanks again, Debby and Nelson More
