Painless 10K Mile Service Visit On a busy Saturday, I was made to feel like a special customer with my CRV, in for a routine 10k mile checkup. After a short wait (it was REALLY busy! On a busy Saturday, I was made to feel like a special customer with my CRV, in for a routine 10k mile checkup. After a short wait (it was REALLY busy!), I was handed off to Rachel Christie, who carefully briefed me on what service would be performed and told me it would take about an hour and 15 minutes. I went to the bright, airy, and comfortable waiting area and settled in. After about an hour and 30 minutes, Rachel appeared and said my CRV was ready -- and that my requested tire rotation would be no charge because the car wasn't ready in the time she had promised me. Amazing -- a car dealership that actually takes responsibility for what they promise. Makes me look forward to the next visit. Thanks Rachel. More

A special shout out to Joel Brandon Honda and their entire staff are 100% awesome. We went in for an oil change and left with a new 2016 Pilot EXL. A special shout out to Joel Jerrell, who went above and beyond to make everything so smooth. He even took all of our "stuff" from our 2014 Pilot and put it in the exact space in the new 2016 Pilot. So nice and accommodating. Brownie points for him for sure. This is the 4th vehicle we have purchased from Brandon Honda and we have experienced nothing but professional kindness. Sam, Ron Wright, Randy, Vaughn, Stephanie, everyone we have encountered at Brandon Honda are superb people. Thank you for your well run organization. We will tell everyone about you. More

When asked, Jake kindly answered my questions concerning one of the technical functions of the navigation system. These guys saved my opinion of this dealership I purchased a vehicle on 12/3/15 and had asked questions about an issue with the car. I was assured it was not an issue. Then yesterday, I found out o I purchased a vehicle on 12/3/15 and had asked questions about an issue with the car. I was assured it was not an issue. Then yesterday, I found out on my own that it actually was. I felt like I wasn't going to get any help but after being forwarded to salesman after salesman and then to the manager I finally got handed off to Grant. Grant Hocking is the manager in service and there is a reason for that. He is beyond great! He assured me he would take care of me. He apologized for the issues I had. While waiting for my vehicle to be fixed he provided me with a meal voucher. He also helped me get papers from my purchase that I had been calling about and wasn't able to get from anyone. Grant really went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and out of there in no time. When I first arrived at the dealership to get my vehicle fixed, I pulled into the service area. While looking for Grant, I was helped by David Easlick (also in service) who helped figure out my situation. He found Grant for me when no one seemed willing to do that. He gave me his number to call him if I had any other issues. I was very frustrated with Brandon Honda, but thanks to Grant and David, I would go back for my next vehicle. These are some stand up guys! The sales area isn't great, but the service is A+++ ! More
Horrible Service I purchase my SUV in June 2015, not even 6 months and it starting to give problems (THEY PROMISED a certify and a reliable vehicle).When I bought my v I purchase my SUV in June 2015, not even 6 months and it starting to give problems (THEY PROMISED a certify and a reliable vehicle).When I bought my vehicle I did rate the dealership as exceptional experience and to go and by your car there. I DO NOT feel this way anymore. I feel betrayed by them since I needed it a RELIABLE car and a car that last for a long time or at least until I get back up on my feet. In top of that, we bought an extended warranty that "supposedly" had everything included engine, transmission, road assistance, etc... Mind you that I am paying extra for this warranty and now that I need it, it does not covered what I have to fix. IN top of all this they ask me for payment to tell me what was wrong with the bad car that THEY sold me. I've been in the dealer for service for my car like 5 times already and the wait is TERRIBLE my first time I waited 5 HOURS, since that first visit, the check engine light on, VTM-4 light on, low tire pressure light on. PLEASE DO NOT come here to purchase anything. I feel so bad now for all the people that I recommended to this place. FYI I needed it to add at least 1 star that they DO NOT deserve ..MERRY X-MAS TO ME.... More
