advisor (Jen) very helpful with repair issue ac quit working on 07 crv- (known issue). after checking-found that compressor/clutch was shot. Repair cost would have run $1192.00. Honda rep. con ac quit working on 07 crv- (known issue). after checking-found that compressor/clutch was shot. Repair cost would have run $1192.00. Honda rep. consulted-agreed to pay 80% of cost. My share-$300.00. Very thankful, as am on fixed income & could not afford to pay total cost. Jen, my advisor was very helpful getting me thru process. Always a long wait I received 2 free oil changes when I purchased my new vehicle from Brandon Honda; apparently so did everyone else in the Bay Area because it takes hou I received 2 free oil changes when I purchased my new vehicle from Brandon Honda; apparently so did everyone else in the Bay Area because it takes hours for a simple service. Whenever I go I have to pull up to the service area and wait for someone to come to my vehicle; I end up waiting no less than 20 minutes in my car before they even know what service I'm there for. When they do finally take the car then it's a few more hours inside where you wonder if you've been forgotten. When you bring it to their attention that it's been over 2 hours for just a simple oil change they then say your vehicle is ready, just to hand you a paper and send you outside back to the Bay Area to wait more. When I purchased the vehicle the finance manager sold me a prepaid maintaine package to have all of my oil changes done there - I am regretting that purchase! More
