brought car in for service First of all, no waiting in line, someone came out took the information, went in did paperwork and 45 minutes later it was all over and done. Great Improvement at Service Center I was dreading my service appointment at Brandon Honda because the last time I was there I had to wait in my car for almost 40 minutes before a servic I was dreading my service appointment at Brandon Honda because the last time I was there I had to wait in my car for almost 40 minutes before a service advisor came over to me. My most recent appointment was on 5/17/17 at 6:00 p.m. to have an oil change and tire rotation. I got there at 5:45 p.m. and was immediately greeted by one of the young men who wrote down the mileage of my car and told me a service advisor would be with me shortly. Within a few minutes Russell Crump came over to my car. He was very professional, friendly and polite. When my car was ready, he called me on my cell phone because I had left the premises. When I picked up my car, Russell explained everything that was done and what was charged. Russell introduced me to the Service Manager who advised me of the changes they have made to make the wait time shorter because he heard the complaints and that they will be adding new bays for express service. I am totally satisfied with my service visit. More

Lunch Time Snooze I dealt with Asst. Svc Mgr Bob and as usual, he is very knowledgeable and professional. He kept me post along the way during my Recall visit and my a I dealt with Asst.
