Outstanding Customer Service I can't even explain how thankful I am with the staff at Brandon Honda. I bought two cars from them, I have never encountered individuals that actual I can't even explain how thankful I am with the staff at Brandon Honda. I bought two cars from them, I have never encountered individuals that actually care about the well being of their costumers as much as they do. I had a recent situation that occurred and I did not have enough money to repair my tire. They cared more about my well being then I did. They took care of my issue with no complaints. I appreciate them so much. They are amazing. People go threw tough times and they really saw I needed help. If you need to get a new car PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ask for ROBIN VARGHESE. He is amazing. Believe me I am a grumpy individual and I really don't go out of my way for anyone. I made a real friendship and relationship with many people at brandon Honda. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I came in today for an oil change! Rachel greeted me with a huge smile! She talked to me and made me feel like I was at home even though I was sitting I came in today for an oil change! Rachel greeted me with a huge smile! maintenance My vehicle was making a strange noise so I came in to have the noise diagnosed and repaired. They fixed what they thought was the problem however when My vehicle was making a strange noise so I came in to have the noise diagnosed and repaired. They fixed what they thought was the problem however when I drove away my vehicle was still making the same noise I came in to get repaired. Long story short they rectified the problem and repaired the issue at no extra cost. I really appreciate when a company makes a mistake, owns up to it and rectifies the issue. Thank you! More

Took my 2014 CRV in for oil change & purchased a New 2016 Pi I took my 2014 CR-V in for routine service and found a new 2016 Pilot . The service department was quick , clean and friendly. I told them I was looking at the New Pilots for 2016. I asked if Gary Jarrell was in and he came out and smiled at me when I said I was in for an oil change. That is what happened when I purchased the 2014 CR-V. I was doing the same thing and looking at the new Pilot. I asked if the had a Pilot EX-L in with Black interior. He checked and there was one being unloaded from the truck at that time. Needless to say it was what I wanted and between Gary and Nicole Vivi, they got it prepped and I drove it home. I have purchased 4 New vehicles at Brandon Honda and have always been treated with a friendly, low-pressure sales approach. Sales, Service and the Financial personnel are Great! More
