Friendly and welcoming experience. i really enjoyed my visit to Brandon Honda. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The facility was amazing with a cafe and children's area. My service advisor, Jenn was very kind and informative on the maintenance my vehicle needed. I decided to take the courtesy van back to work. Henry was the driver and was so friendly. Great service My car failed to start. I called AAA and they tried to jump start but it did not work. The AAA technician concluded that the alternator was the issue. My car failed to start. I towed my car to Brandon Honda and the first recommendation from Mike was to run diagnostic tests to identify the source of the problem. He called exactly at noon as promised and gave me less of a bad news as the issue was with the battery (went bad) as opposed to the alternator which would have costed me more. He took care of couple of safety recalls as well as the vehicle was being checked out. Truly a great experience as I felt I was in good hands. Thanks Mike Hudak. More

The Ultimate Experience of a Lifetime! I contacted Brandon Honda by stopping into the service department to find what it would take to make it happen, wow what a surprise as I entered th I contacted Brandon Honda by stopping into the service department to find what it would take to make it happen, wow what a surprise as I entered the area, as they wave you in like your landing on an airstrip, once in position, a friendly service attendant welcomes you to Brandon Honda, polite, with a big smile on their faces, as if you were checking in at a five star hotel! It only took 1-2 min. and the assistant service manager Mike Hudak appeared at the driver door to introduce himself, we reviewed my needs, (It was my 1st ever experience to Brandon Honda, so I was prepared, and waiting for the usual responses to my questions, which usually meant it would not be within the budget, but surprisingly enough it never happened.) I was told the part required was in stock, I was offered to have it repaired on the spot, but I chose to make an appointment. I was told it would take approximately an hour to complete the repair. Upon my appointed day to return, I was running late, I called Mike Hudak to explain, he was extremely courteous, understanding and said, "Not to worry, it was not a problem" As I checked into the 'Five-Star' Hotel Brandon Honda :) Once again the courtesy, of the entire staff is awesome! They really aim to please... So I settle into the comfy waiting area, enjoy an hour of peace & quiet, and 'oh' did I mention they have food service in the waiting area? No not vending machines, an actual food service where you can grab a bite to eat, while enjoying your service time at Brandon Honda, there's also WIFI so you can stay in touch with the real world, even when out of the office... The hour passed quickly, at thirty minuets, I stroll outside to see how things are going, sit on one of the bench's available under the cover of the entrance to the service department, it like your at another world, as I watched the cars pull in, I couldn't help but notice that this place was like a well oiled cog, the teeth were symmetrical, the motions, tones, and the entire service department went through the procedures like as if time had disappeared, you would become mesmerized... Suddenly Mike Hadak, the assistant manager comes back to me and says your car is ready, "What?" it's done? I was in shock, as he had stated it had only been an hour, again Awesome! Now as we close on the deal, Mike explains they do a once over safety check of the auto, he comes up with a list of safety items that needed addressing, so the driver air-bag was replaced, found small spider cracks on the windshield, repaired, seat belt sensor repaired, they even washed the car! I thought Oh my gosh, this is going to cost me an arm and a leg! Guess what, I drove in, and out of the BRANDON HONDA without spending a dime! Great service department! would highly recommend them to anyone at this point in tine after such an awesome experience... Now that I find myself torn, between keeping the 2002 Honda Accord which still drives wonderfully, and gets great gas mileage, I find myself tempted to go back in and test the Sales Department out, I bet they are just as good at making their customers' happy, as the service department.... Its no wonder that BRANDON HONDA holds numerous awards and are the best in Florida! Thanks to Brandon Honda, as I am addicted to your service with a smile department : ) More

Even after trading my car he was still present when I had questions or issues that came about. He provided excellent service before and after my transaction, he was not there just for the sale. Great Service Experience! I had my 2014 Honda CRV in for service on June 27, 2015. The tire pressure indicator light came on the previous evening. I was able to immediately get I had my 2014 Honda CRV in for service on June 27, 2015. The tire pressure indicator light came on the previous evening. I was able to immediately get an appointment for that day. I requested Alison Westrate since I have had the pleasure of working with her before. As it turns out there was a nail in the tire. Alison told me it could be patched. I have been driving for 28 years and this is the first time I've had a tire with a nail in it. She could sense my hesitation about patching the tire. She reassured me that it was completely safe and that I wouldn't have any issues with the tire. I also had an oil change done as well. When Alison told me the car was done and I went to pay the bill she gave me a generous discount on the service because she felt I waited too long (I didn't feel that way) for it to get done. I was extremely appreciative of that!!! I will continue to request Alison for future service visits on my CRV and my son's Accord. I trust her opinion and I know she won't steer me wrong or suggest any work that doesn't need to be done. More
