Dishonest I called Brandon Honda for an estimate for Tune Up and oil change on my 2009 Honda Accord V6 they quoted me $2300.00 for what Kuhn Honda quoted me for I called Brandon Honda for an estimate for Tune Up and oil change on my 2009 Honda Accord V6 they quoted me $2300.00 for what Kuhn Honda quoted me for $1300.00. Brandon Honda said they would match. I took the day off brought my car in only to be told it will be an additional $200.00 for the oil change and fluid changes, seriously you told me that was included and the only response was sorry she quoted you wrong even though the Sales rep just told me 5 min prior he told her what to quote. I then agreed but not happy. I finally get home from their shuttle service two hours later and get a call saying my water pump is leaking and needs replaced. REALLY!!! and guess what another $200.00. I have been lied to by Brandon Honda on prior visit when my AC stopped blowing hot air they said they cannot cover it under warranty because a rock flew up and put a hole in the condenser or compressor cannot remember which. I paid $800.00 then 2 months later my AC out again they said sorry but it's a rock again. I would not accept that and through escalating and calling them out they said they will do me a "favor" and waive it. Bottom line I do not trust them and I will only give Kuhn Honda my business. I just feel bad for the people that continue to get robbed because everyone there except the shuttle drivers are Commissioned. More
Excellent customer service I had come from a different dealer ship with a prob on my car ... Jeffrey Craney and John Bulbul went out their way to help put me in a safe car ... Ripped Off I had the worst experience with Brandon Honda Service center. I took my 2005 Honda Odyssey with 148,511 miles on it to the Brandon Honda Service cente I had the worst experience with Brandon Honda Service center. I took my 2005 Honda Odyssey with 148,511 miles on it to the Brandon Honda Service center to service my car after, 15% oil light went ON. Then, 2 days after servicing the car doing some extra work I requested, They called me to pick up the car with extra hours charge because, they didn’t know what’s the problem with the electric door. So, they charged me with 574.87$ labor for inexperienced Honda electrician. And, the story didn’t end up with that. The moment I drove the car off their dealership I had some problem with the gear. It wasn’t shifting right!!!!! I’m sure that I turned in my car in a perfect drivable condition. So, what came up on my mind is that the guys who were driving the cars after you turn the keys to them. They are not easy on the cars while they driving them around. I went back to the service advisor to check up the car. He came to me with a bottle filled with black oil blaming me of not changing the oil for the transmission for a long time. So I told him, why you didn’t check the transmission oil for my car, it’s a regular check up when you turn the car for service and we could've went over this problem. He said that Brandon Honda doesn’t check anything that I didn’t request!!!!! So, I ended up paying 2744.88 Dollars to replace that transmission with a used one. And, that would be enough for me of not dealing with Brandon Honda again. More

For a moment there I felt as though I was some A lister. Bob did whatever he could to get my car check of any imperfections. Even did multiple inspections in order to do a thorough check. I appreciated his carasmatic view and his approach of "we can do it ". This changed my whole experience from other so so serive to brandon honda conceair service! A+++ More
