Courteous and service was completed ahead of schedule. Mr. Cardona stepped in to fill the gap since my previous service representative no longer worked there and the service appointment desk had made my ap Mr. Cardona stepped in to fill the gap since my previous service representative no longer worked there and the service appointment desk had made my appointment for a service rep that was not there at the time of my appointment. He listened to my service requests and make sure that I was aware of the costs for the services requested. My CRV was ready for me about 30 minutes before the estimated time of completion. All of the staff was polite, courteous, and helpful. The only complaint I have is that after purchasing 4 new tires I found a Brandon Honda hang tag on my rear view mirror offering me a deal to purchase 3 new tires and get the fourth tire free. Needless to say, I wish I had been aware of this offer at the time my service was written up so that I could have taken advantage of the savings. More
