I had an 830am, and I just walked up to my "service manager" to find out I need $1500 in service done. Now surely this is somthing that should be identified within the 3 hours I have been sitting here, but his exact words were "you vehicle has a lot of issues"... Now, while he was exaggerating, I was trying every which way to buy time, as my truck was no where near done. I am surly disappointed in the service and will never return to Brando honda nor will I recommended it.. More

Above and Beyond Top Notch Service! I came into Brandon Honda's service department on Saturday to get service when I saw the used car trade in sign. I asked an employee where I could fi I came into Brandon Honda's service department on Saturday to get service when I saw the used car trade in sign. I asked an employee where I could find the used car trade in manager and they directed me to the front desk. The receptionist called Yong Lyles for me and he greeted me like we were long lost friends. I explained to Yong what my situation was and told him where I needed to be financially and he told me to give him 30-45 minutes. When I didn't hear from him I figured he couldn't get it done so I was fine wth it. I decided to call him and see what the status was and he told me he was close but he was fighting with his team to make the deal. When I came in with my second trade and with my wife he introduced me to Clayton Mardis. Clayton was very gracious and said we were really close and o give them and few more minutes. The rest as they say is history and we were riding home in new '14 Accord EX-L. I was completely blown away with the effort Yong and Clayton put in to get me and my family in a top notch product. The product is as good as the service they provided. I will defienetly reccommend any friends to your dealership, with guys like Clayton and Yong you can't go wrong! Great team from start to finish. After the diagnostics were done he sat us down and explained what he had found and as the car was older(1998 HONDA CRV) it would take a few days to get the parts that were needed. He said he would call us as soon as the parts came in. He called the same day the parts came in. We know our experience was so much better because we had Steve Shaw as our service advisor. We will definitely ask for him again the next time we need service. More

The purpose of the visit was to have maintenance completed only. Once the price started adding up I decided to look at the new pilots. Antonio assisted me the purchase of my new vehicle. He took the time to show me the new pilot and to explain the features. He addressed my concerns and explained the purchase process. He made me feel comfortable and he was listening to me. Once all purchase process was completed he took the time assist me in setting up my phone and explaining other features. I would recommend Tim and Antonio to my family and friends. More

Very helpful I visited Brandon Honda for a warranty work on my 2012 Honda CRV and after explain my car's problem to Mr. Bob Hovorka he needed clarification with hi I visited Brandon Honda for a warranty work on my 2012 Honda CRV and after explain my car's problem to Mr. Bob Hovorka he needed clarification with his supervisor Mr. Erik Vogel, after which they ordered the parts needed and performed the warranty repairs the next day. I really appreciate both Bob and Erik for their caring treatment I received at this dealership. I have used services of three other Honda dealers in Tampa bay area in the past and none comes close to friendliness and quality of Brandon Honda. You can be sure that when my family is ready to get another new car, Brandon Honda will be the first place we will consider. In addition Mr. Gary Jarrell approached me with offer of trading my CRV with a brand new one! I was tempted, but my CRV is in great shap and paid for, so may be next year. Brought a 2006 CRV/AWD in for some routine service/35,000 mi I had my CRV in service, and was looking at the new vehicles, met with Gary Jarrell/ Sales and discussed my present 2006 CRV vs. the newer 2014 models I had my CRV in service, and was looking at the new vehicles, met with Gary Jarrell/ Sales and discussed my present 2006 CRV vs. the newer 2014 models . I was impressed with the changes made to the newer CRV, took one for a Test drive. I was happy with my existing CRV, but the many changes made in the last 8 years, made me decide it was time to trade. I drove home in a new 2014 CR-V. No Hassle, No pressure, my decision. Gary was great to deal with, he listens, gives accurate answers and explains all the options available. This is the Fourth (4th) HONDA I have owned, and the Third (3rd) I have brought from Brandon Honda. I have always been treat well, with no pressure. Service has always been good.
