Hanani has always went above and beyond with the quality of service I've received in the past and I wont schedule service with anyone else. He always makes me feel very welcomed and genuinely cares about the service I receive. I spoke with him about exploring trading in my car and checking out others. When he referred me to Mark, I was a little concerned I've never had good experience with Salesmen. Keep in mind I went in for service and decided to "explore a sale" but not to make one. They've always rushed me to a decision in the past and in the end you really don't get what you want but instead just what they had. Mark was very patient and personable. He asked about what I was looking for and showed me a few used cars on the lot to give me some ideas about the purchase. I went on a few test drives and still could not make up my mind. Then on the way back he showed me the new cars explained to me which ones had what and finally i found the model i was looking for. Although the interior wasn't what i needed i told him what i would like he checked to make sure it was possible then checked the lot to find that there was a car fitting all of my needs and brought it down. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC SERVICE! We discussed the price and options as far as leasing the car. He called in Ferris to help explain and work what i could afford and other options. Ferris was very detailed and to the point. I don't believe i was confused one time. He explained options he could give and what i would like after a discussion we came to a deal and he made it happen. I couldn't be happier with the purchase of my 2014 accord and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my service or future purchases. I will send all my family and friends that way knowing they'll be treated amazing and they'll receive absolutely excellent service the moment they pull up. More
I purchased a used Nissan Armada from Brandon Honda that required some maintenance. Mary took care of listening to every concern I had about the vehicle. She is extremely knowledgeable about cars. We had a problem with one of the doors on the vehicle. 2 salesman and 1 technician could not fix the door or figure out the problem. Mary took one look at the door and knew exactly what the problem was, got us scheduled for maintenance and fix the issue. She is very personable and professional and knows how to get the job done right. Thank you Mary for all the great work you do. More
My family and myself have been taking our vehicles to Brandon Honda for service for the past few years. We started with only our 2006 Honda Odyssey but eventually transitioned our 3 children their one by Brandon Honda for service for the past few years. We started with only our 2006 Honda Odyssey but eventually transitioned our 3 children their one by one as they started driving a year apart from one another. Our children all have different makes / models ( Toyota, Kia, Nissan) of vehicles and both Andy Augusto and Brandon Honda have welcomed them as part of the family. They have always taken care of the other vehicles never caring that they were not a Honda. Andy has taken care of us each and every time we are there but after this past weeks experience I will never take our cars anywhere else for parts and service. This past week while I was away, my daughter had to take her 2001 Toyota Celica in for service. As a mother, I am always concerned with my children's safety on and off the road. I was concerned being out of town and not able to help if the car needed to stay over night so I contacted Andy Augusto asking if it was a good time for her to bring the car in for service explaining that I was out of town on business and not available to help. Not only did Andy ensure that the service on her vehicle was done correctly; he also treated her with much respect keeping her well informed, made sure she was comfortable and then arranged for the shuttle to take her to and from home while awaiting arrival of a part. Never once treating her as a college kid but rather a friend that needed to be taken care of. Andy's superior customer service and passion for the business goes beyond anything that I could ever write about. I cannot Thank Brandon Honda or Andy Augusto enough for all they have done for us. Just wanted everyone to know that Andy Augusto and Brandon Honda will take care of you as part of the family. Thank you Andy Augusto for renewing faith in Awesome Customer service when it is so rarely found anymore. More

I had an appointment. Service advisor was prompt. When he finished writing me up, he said that my cr would be finished in pproximately 1.5 hours. 1.5 hours he sait it was ready. John Tremblay was a great help with 3 back-to-back tire problems I had with my vehicle. He was extremely friendly and helpful and I trust him 100% when it comes to my car. Since moving to the Greater Tampa area in 2011 I started taking my Honda Accord to Brandon Honda for service. Mary Kress has been my Service Manager during this time. I have her in my phone and whenever I need a service I call her. She works with me on my schedule, always is extremely polite, friendly and upbeat. She insures that I understand what will be done, how long it should take and the pricing. Yesterday I had my timing belt and spark plugs replaced for my 100,000 mile service. Mary made sure that I had a rental vehicle for my needs. I called Brandon Honda today to let them know these things that make Mary a great credit to them. Thanks Mary. More
Brought my 2012 Honda Accord in for its oil change. They changed the oil and oil filter and did a lube job. They topped off the fluids and did a free inspection. A free car wash was also included.
