When I arrived to the dealership to get my car service Kevin the service advisor told me that it will take 3 hours to get my car done. Ok no problem. When it came to the 3 hours the car was not done yet. Kevin the service advisor told me that it will take 3 hours to get my car done. Ok no problem. When it came to the 3 hours the car was not done yet. Kevin was great with me but the mechanics working on my car took forever and never expected that would take my car 5-6 hours to get done. I understand that they want to make sure it gets done right the first time but sitting in the dealership for 5-6 hours on Saturday was little too much. More

As I arrived for my appointed service time I was greeted by a young man with all smiles. As he greeted me and ask if i had an Advisor and I replied I did not . He introduced me to Andy.
