We arranged our appt and scheduled the shuttle. Wife dropped off car and was told Lithia is a few miles outside their 10 mile max. They took her home before? Spoke with Manager and after telling him we bought two new 2023 cars here he said "thank you" but our shuttle policy changed. Don't sell to anyone in Lithia without telling them this. Also, their parts dept was $195 more on the OEM hitch and wouldn't match Lakeland Huyndia so I drove 35 mins and bought it there. Sad customer service. More

My experience here was a mixed bag. First, my salesman, Lance, was new. He was very nice and helpful. But the deal is always more than you bargain for. I purchased a used 2024 Palisade with less than 2000 miles. They had had the car for five days and it was certified. I inquired about the reason for it being traded so soon and whether it had any damage. The response was no. I proceeded with the purchase. The price point was good for the vehicle. However, at the end of the purchase, I found out that the vehicle only had one key fob. That was never revealed to me. Second, after taking it to a dealership near me for warranty work, it was discovered within the hour that I was there that the car had some aspect of repair done to it because of overspray on the rear passenger portion of the vehicle. I contacted Brandon Hyundai in both sales and service and received no help. It concerned me that they certified the vehicle and had it for five days and did not find the repair on this vehicle that the other dealership found in less than an hour. Additionally, the key fob replacement was not their priority either. both of these points could have been part of my negotiation if I had known that they existed. I sent an email online to the manager and also received no reply. I am not sure if this is part of their standard practice, but I would use caution in purchasing from them. More
