My service advisor ED was awesome but I waited for the curtesy shuttle service to bring me back to the dealership to pick my car up once it was ready and honestly I think they forgot about me because curtesy shuttle service to bring me back to the dealership to pick my car up once it was ready and honestly I think they forgot about me because an hour went by and I heard nothing. I had to find a ride and when I got there The shuttle service guy was just there chillin. So confused why I never got a phone call or update or why I was never picked up like I was promised. Spent $570 on new brake rotors and I felt like I got left in the dust. More
