I would like to thank Mario Otero for the most amazing service I have ever received. After months of frustration and unnecessary costs with what another dealer called an oil leak, I met Mario. Due to my frustration, I was not very nice to him at our initial meeting. However, Mario remained professional, patient and pleasant and allowed me to vent. He then explained what he thought the problem was and how we could fix it. He was so thorough in his explanations and consistently provided top not service on each of our subsuquent interactions. Well when we got to the finance portion, seems that warranty costs extra. Kind of disappointing and I feel we were mislead during the sales portion. Still bought the car, but they should really get on the same page. More
