Fairly average experience. Seemed a bit busy so it took quite some time for me to get greeted for service once i arrived for my appointment. I had asked my service advisor Dave if there were any coupons I could apply to my services and he told me no, but after i had already paid I found out there were actually coupons for both my services. This caused me to have to return to the dealership on a separate day for a partial refund. The manager Michael was super friendly and helpful when I returned to request a partial refund. More

Got me the deal I wanted. Aj was friendly. Everything was great until I got a phone call from Farah Marandi. He came off super aggressive, unpleasant, and impatient. I underst Aj was friendly. I understand that he needed my insurance but due to it being the New Year everything on Monday was closed. I was waiting to hear back from my mom on the insurance information. He kept telling me the importance of this paperwork and was rushing me to get it in this all happened in a matter of minutes. My mom was getting it to me as soon as possible. I just did not appreciate his tone with me and how pushy he was. Also, he spelled my name wrong. Like come on, I just spent thousands with you and you can't even respect to spell my name right. More
