I have been a customer for about 8 years. I have 2 Hyundais I'm not sure if you have a high turn over but we have a different person ever time we come. We leased a SUV two years ago and haven't heard a word from the dealer since. We recently got the Palisade serviced and when my wife picked it up it was very dirty. That was very odd to me that it wasn't at least rinsed off. I understand you have construction going on but do you normally give customer dirty vehicles. Meanwhile I had some one trying to sale me a new vehicle since my lease will be up in 9 months. I'm hoping this is all just a misunderstanding. More

They have a great system in place to see their customer during renovations. They are very attentive and explain thoroughly on procedures, estimated time frame, etc. Their response time is quick and thoroug during renovations.
