Oil change took almost 5 hours with an appointment. I was told there was a shuttle to help me commute, found out when I dropped the car off that was a lie. My wife and I came to look at the Santa Cruz after looking at the Maverick at the local Ford dealership. Robert was the first person to greet us very attentive and knowledgeable.
