Total chaos, made an appt for 10a. Got there a little before that and got in line, they took my info then pulled my car up and it sat in the same spot for over a hour. I had made an appt so I didn't have to waste my day off sitting at the dealership for hours just to get my oil changed. I wasted 3 hours and never even got my oil changed. More

Very disappointed on the communication with the service dept. I’ve never been more frustrated with a business like I was with this branch. Even when the car was fixed, I had to call several times to find out if it was ready. No one called me. More

Joe and the rest of the team are awesome. They always manage to fit me in without appointments. They are knowledgeable about my issues and do their best to work in my budget.
