Juan Arteaga is the best service writer you have there. Communication was excellent and he really treated me like a valued customer. I will definitely use him again and refer anyone I know to him!!! Based on the Hyundai Service Pledge pulled directly from the corporate website; “ To make sure your service experience is low on anxiety and high on satisfaction, Hyundai Car Care dealers pledge to alwa the corporate website; “ To make sure your service experience is low on anxiety and high on satisfaction, Hyundai Car Care dealers pledge to always provide the following. -Respect For Your Time -Convenient Appointment Scheduling -Free Multi-Point Inspections -Clear Explanation of Recommended Service -Recap of All The Work Completed” There was no respect for my time. My service advisor did not check me out and had another advisor do so. That service advisor asked me for my name 4 times in a span of 2 minutes while he was in the process of pulling my paperwork. WHERE IS THE SERVICE??? I had to pull teeth to get my free multipoint inspection form, which was not completed in earnest and not provided with my initial checkout and retrieval of vehicle. There was no clear explanation of recommended service and I was not provided with any services that should be recommended. There was no recap of any of the work that was completed. This is not my first rodeo, I know what service looks like and it was not provided to me upon my visit. Shouldn’t matter if the vehicle I brought in has 1 mile on the odometer or 999,999 miles, take care of your customers and the vehicles Hyundai has produced and prided themselves upon. More
