Service never returns my messages. I've left messages for a service advisor to call me regarding my vehicle and no response. I have had Chevrolet and other brand vehicles and so far Hy I've left messages for a service advisor to call me regarding my vehicle and no response. I have had Chevrolet and other brand vehicles and so far Hyundai service center is the lowest in my rating. At this point I don't have any incentive to buy another Hyundai again. More

Noah Johnson is the essence of what is meant by the phrase "American Exceptionalism"! The car buying experience I had at Brandon Hyundai was made into a painless day of professional expertise and guidance by Mr. Johnson at every step of the way. He was the consummate craftsman in understanding every stage of the paperwork, the numbers, the car facts and how to maneuver hospitably between his peers, management, finance and insurance. But beyond that he was a gentleman and a partner to me as a first time customer at Brandon Hyundai. He left no stone unturned when it came to making me feel comfortable as well as educated on each of the turning points that occurred through the day. I cannot recommend Noah highly enough-to both other potential car buyers, as well as to the management and executive staff of the dealership. And it is to them specifically that I personally believe they should consider Mr. Johnson for a raise-if not a promotion 'plus' a raise. More
