Mario was great. As a walk-in, it was great because they got my car back to me in less than 24 hours, and the shuttle is great feature. Only thing is someone from sales had reached out but once I got my car back I never he to me in less than 24 hours, and the shuttle is great feature. Only thing is someone from sales had reached out but once I got my car back I never heard anything again…at the time I was open to a conversation, I just wish someone had followed up and at least given me more information. Just something as simple as “hey you didn’t qualify” or “let’s move forward” honestly would’ve sufficed. Overall experience was great, would definitely recommend the garage there. More

I went with no appointment just for an oil change at 10 am and many people was coming in for the Same thing and they were out within and hour or two. I complained at 12:30 pm and come to find out my car wa am and many people was coming in for the Same thing and they were out within and hour or two. I complained at 12:30 pm and come to find out my car was not serviced yet.. then spoke to the manager and she told them not to charge me but that’s not the point I got my car around 2pm. More

I had 11:30 appt for oil change. Inquired after an hour and told they would check and let me know ( which never happened).
