If it were not for Jay Fox, I would not have purchased the vehicle he is the only bright spot in this whole MISERABLE experience. This is without the WORST car purchase of my 50 years. From waiting 5 hours, and the sales people not finding any of the 3 vehicles I wanted to see supposedly because of locked gates to inoperable key machines, to having to fill out loan papers 3 different times including today. To finding out Hyundai Finance has the wrong VIN number sent in by the "finance" department so my account is in error. Hopefully the last set of loan papers I filled out today will correct the problem and I will not end up with 2 accounts and 2 payments.
