Harold has been a responsive and helpful advisor. The mechanics repaired one thing, but the noise I was hearing still didn't go away. My only complaint is that each time, they left my floor mats super muddy and didn't use the paper floor covers properly. More

The wait was very long. I dropped my vehicle at 8:00 in the morning and they weren't done until 3 in the afternoon. Overall the service was really good though. The only thing is they forgot to do my oil the morning and they weren't done until 3 in the afternoon. Overall the service was really good though. The only thing is they forgot to do my oil change which was one of the main reasons I brought my car to them. More
