Joseph was polite and thorough upon check in. Lobby was fine, maybe granola bars as a snack option would be nice. That is what Tampa Honda offered w/a other pre-packaged snacks. Vending machines r good, but lack healthy substance. I was surprised that w/an appointment, my wait was estimated at an hour & 1/2 to 2 hrs--for an oil change! At Honda, the week before, they estimated an hour to an hour & 1/2. Joseph said it is because you guys only have 5 bays for oil changes. Then do not overbook! I had to utilize the glass desk to do some work. Maybe you want to plan some work stations in the renovation. I also saw 1 man look for a plug in to keep his phone charged, so that's another vote for a few work stations. Thanks for the car wash! More

Service Rep Joe DeDio not honest. Now calling me to pick up my car after 6months supposedly part replaced . I don’t even have that vehicle. Now second incident. Before this car I traded my old Hyundai for up my car after 6months supposedly part replaced . I don’t even have that vehicle. Now second incident. Before this car I traded my old Hyundai for the one in service they are calling me about. The prior trade deal was pay for eve everything owed on the car. Well lease company Hyundai never notified me and charges me off , and car want mine for over 6 month. Brandon Hyundai said to bad. Now attorney going to handle and getting adding in punitive damages , as it affected my family and credit. More
