Brandon Hyundai has always been my go place for upkeep on my Elantra. It now has 165K miles and they have done a great job keeping it running. In my experience this is the most dishonest dealership I’ve ever been to. They switched paperwork and lied about my trade in value. She switched paperwork and lied about the reason, leaving my price 5k hi I’ve ever been to. They switched paperwork and lied about my trade in value. She switched paperwork and lied about the reason, leaving my price 5k higher then agreed. She also wouldn’t give me the paper with the breakdown of my payment. I didn’t get any paperwork after my purchase and went back and was able to fix this. But when I want back address this I found out she only gave me ~5k for my trade, not the 12k we agreed on based on kbb. Even the finance guy agreed how shady this was. When I asked for a copy of the appraisal they refused. I would not recommend this dealer. More

Although I have been used to sitting at Fitzgerald for ~2hrs before, this dealership was apologetic and also offered compensation due to my time there- was very surprised and received a “Merry Christmas”- customer service was quite impression and the details/education I learned of my SUV was also interesting. A video was sent, too, of my inspection (but haven’t looked at it quite yet, will after this survey). More
