From the time that I pulled up to the time that I left, I was well informed on the status of my vehicle but mainly in such desperate and stressful times during COVID-19, I was met with a smile and a lot of laughter! I don’t know what kind of day these gentlemen have had before me, but I would have guessed it was an amazing day! I say that to say, if it were a negative day it didn’t spill over to this customer! This is my first time having a Hyundai since my very first car back in 1998!! I vowed I would never have a Hyundai after 1998, but I am so in love with my Tucson! She kept me informed on all steps of the warranty repair also arranged a loaner car .I received texts and emails during the repair process . When the car was completed I received a phone call from her and also email that allowed me to pay for other services I had approved. I would also like to comment her on allowing us to speak to the service technician to answer questions concerning the issue with the engine failure. I would recommend this service center to anyone needing Hyundai repairs .My Sonata is a 2010 with 107000 miles, and I still love my car . I received the same service as I did when it was new . More
