They were patient working with a teenager and worked hard trying to get us where we needed to be. Wolfe was always quick to respond and managed the sales process with ease. Frankie was very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He made a stressful situation seem simple and smooth. Thankful that they where able to fix my car First of all I have brought my car to this dealership for years now and this is the longest time that my car had to be there this long. My car was the First of all I have brought my car to this dealership for years now and this is the longest time that my car had to be there this long. My car was there for about a month and I’m glad that it is fixed. The communication could be improved at this facility as I had to call and send emails and finally after about the fourth email, the service tech emailed me. Overall experience was good. More

Scheduled maintenance was not performed as requested Scheduled appointment for regular maintenance. Car towed because I had s flat tire and wasn't given the kit to unlock the tires. The tire was changed but I had to ask for oil change and regular maintenance. I was not able to get the tire kit I should have received when I bought the car. They switched out the locking bolts for regular ones. Not a great experience. More

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE This dealer ship must not know how communication works. I am beyond displeased with my experience here and will never recommend nor come back to this This dealer ship must not know how communication works. I am beyond displeased with my experience here and will never recommend nor come back to this place again. I dropped my car off on March 20 2018 at 8:30 in the morning. After giving them the problems with my car (transmission issues that was covered under warranty), I dropped it off and returned to Port Charlotte Florida where I work and live. For those who don’t know, it is close to a two hour drive. Around 3 in the afternoon, I had not received a phone call or anything in regards on the diagnosis of my car. I called them and was told to leave a message, so I did. I called back an hour later because I still had not heard anything and was told to leave a message again. By five I still had not received a call and was told to leave a message FOR THE THIRD TIME. This car is my only means of transportation need I add. When I called at six I was informed that all service techs have left for the day. I repeated this every day for the next three days and still not heard any information about my car. So instead I had asked a friend of mine that lives closer to the dealership to go to the dealership himself to see if he could find out any information. Within five minutes of him being there, I received a phone call my advisor (Eugenio A Lopez) telling me that my transmission needs to be replaced and should be done by the following Saturday. He ended the conversation by an apology and gave me his contact information. So of course by Saturday afternoon I had not received a phone call so I tried calling his personal phone and he sent me straight to voicemail. By this time I had already been late to work multiple times and paid for many Uber’s and was beyond frustrated. I then called and talked to a sales manager named Patrick, he was beyond helpful and very caring but given the circumstances there wasn’t much he could do. Eugenio then texted me and told me the parts were on back order and he had got me a rental car for the following day. Upon arriving to the location of the rental car, they requested for ME TO PAY FOR THE CAR. By this time I was so upset and frustrated. After making multiple calls to the general and district manager of the area, I was finally able to get a loaner car from the lot. It took exactly a month to get my car back. I will never do business with this place again. More
Poor Customer Service My car was at the service center for 21 days. My primary complaint is that communication was extremely poor. My Service Advisor was hard to reach in order to get a status on my repair. When I would call I would be told that he had been paged but was unavailable and I would be put into his voice mail to leave a message. I left messages at least 7 times and received a call back twice. I ended up having to go to the Service Center 4 times in order to get information. Each time I would be given a reason for the delay and a projected date for completion. Each time, the date would pass with no word from anyone. The only reason that I am rating the service center 2 stars rather than 1 is because during one of my visits I ran into a service tech who I met when I first took my car in. He sensed my frustration and facilitated getting my car worked on. He seemed genuinely concerned about the service center's reputation and went out of his way to help. If he had not stepped in, who knows, my car might still be there. I must admit that I was given a rental car which was partially covered by my warranty insurance and partially by the dealership but this whole situation would have been a much better experience if there had been better communication on the part of the Service Advisor. I am guessing that the Service Advisors have more work than they can properly handle. My advisor was helpful each time that I went to the office but I should not have had to resort to going to the office in order to get information. More
