Worst service ever I got a flat tire Friday night. I ended up having it towed to the dealership on Saturday night I called the service Dept at Brandon Hyundai on Saturd I got a flat tire Friday night. I ended up having it towed to the dealership on Saturday night I called the service Dept at Brandon Hyundai on Saturday before my car got towed and the girl told me that the first available app would be Monday at 7:30am with service provider named mike, I Said I was told by my previous service provider that my first 2 oil changes were free so I wanted that done as well so I booked it. Monday morning I called the service dept at 7:30 to make sure that my car was taken in, I was told mike doesn’t even come in until 8am (why would they have booked an appointment with me without checking his schedule?) I told them to have mike call me when he gets there to let me know what going on with my tire and to make sure that my oil change would be taken care of. I never got a call so I called at 10Am to get a status and they said that mike would have to call me back, I am now frustrated my car should be finished, so I demand that mike calls me back within the next 5 mins. Mike FINALLY calls me back in 10 mins and tells me the car was put at the back of the service line ( why is that my problem?) I got a very generic apology for the delay and he said that he would have it looked into right away and would call me back with an update. He never called so I called him a couple hours later and he told me that the oil change was done and they had to get a tire and that he waved the installation fee and that my total for the day would be $269.61 and he would call when finished Wait for it... he never called I called around 5:30 and he told me that it was all done I told him that I was expecting to pick my car up in the morning and i won’t be able to pick up before the service Dept closed, he said I could pick it up in sales. I walked in and the receptionist was very nice and pulled out my ticket and told me that my total was over $320 something, I let her know that, that was not the price I was given by Mike, she attempted to contact mike twice and he did not answer, the receptionist then called over a sales manager without me asking her to. This sales manager was SO RUDE and I hadn’t even said anything yet he refused to listen to me I told him that my ticket was discounted because of all the caused me and that my experience was terrible. He then attempted to try and tell me that my experience was not terrible (I’m sorry what?? Who are you to tell me how my experience was). I told him I just want to pay the price I was promised and get my car back and get out he refused and just continued telling me that I would have to pay the incorrect amount. I was shaking I was so angry and I just thanked the receptionist and I walked out! I returned the next morning to the service department and I spoke to mike and he told me that I had to pay for the oil change (I want to loose my mind at this point) I told him that I was told by a previous service advisor at THAT dealership and by one of their phone reps that my first 2 oil changes were free. Mike then tied to blame me for that mistake and was not willing to comp the oil change. I asked to speak to the general manager. The general mangers name is josh kawcak (I only know this because of google) I have no idea if the man I spoke to was josh or not because I was brought into an office and some guy walked in, did not introduce himself and barley looked at me. He said what’s going on and the whole time I am explaining my situation he is shuffling furniture around and playing with moving cords around instead of even remotely acting like he was interested. He never apologized he just told mike my service tech to credit the oil change and mike kindly cashed me out. I have never been treated like trash like that before in my life, I understand I didn’t buy a Mercedes but I expect when I purchase a $50,000 vehicle to be treated with a lot more respect than this. Josh if it was you that I spoke to than I completely understand now why your staff acts the way they do. I will never return to this dealership again, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to either. HORRIBLE Customer Service I purchased a brand new 2019 Tucson on January 7, 2020. It had 124 miles on it. There were some flaws that I wanted to be corrected with the vehicle a I purchased a brand new 2019 Tucson on January 7, 2020. It had 124 miles on it. There were some flaws that I wanted to be corrected with the vehicle and made arrangements with my salesman to drop the vehicle off to service. Did that on January 21st at 7:30 AM. I was called on January 24th by Harold in service saying it was ready for pick up and all repairs were completed. Got there and they were not. Harold was so completely rude, arguing with me that Mario, the lane manager had to tell him to stop. I had to leave the vehicle again. I was called by Harold on Saturday, January 25th and told they would get all of the outstanding issues resolved. On Monday, January 27th I was called again by Harold and told my vehicle was completed and ready for pick up. We went over the items and he assured me that everything was completed. When I arrived there after work that evening, once AGAIN, my vehicle was NOT done. No service manager around to help so they went and got the sales manager, he then tries to tell me that I need to "lower my expectations". Are you kidding me? No, I do not need to lower my expectations, I bought a brand new car, it should be PERFECT with NO FLAWS. You all need to raise your level of customer service! The vehicle was once again left for them to complete what they are supposed to. I still haven't heard from the manager, not one time. More

Ed in finance took his time and explained everything so I knew where every dollar of my purchase was going and even offered to go over papers from our old dealership to make sure I was getting back money! So happy we chose to go with Brandon Hyundai. They have earned our business for life and we will always refer others! More
