The representative that was assigned to me was not courteous or service oriented. Keep in mind I was in my car and heard the conversation between employees where he said they are early and walked away. He after very unpleasantly asked me to “wait over there” and then left. Over there? After an hour he walks by the waiting area and says oh you are waiting. Really? He never even spoke to me when he took car in. After 3.5 hrs later 2.5 from my 11am appointment I was told my car was ready. Needless to say a bad experience from the start to end. No consideration to customer.
