Every time I go in I get treated like dirt. The last time Corey was super kind at pick up which is why I made the apt with him. For unknown reasons I was reassigned to Mario. He does not know how to treat customers. I am not happy. If I can’t get Corey will not come back period. Not sure what the problem is but I recommend some serious customer service training to start. No customer should have to be treated the way I was. I chose to buy a Hyundai. Trust me there is a choice out there. More

Deceptive and unethical business practices. Buyer Beware. Dealership is only interested in making money. Check your finance agreement for hidden charges and trust your gut. If something doesn't seem right it's probably not. Watch for hidden warranty charges. Also the GM Jerry Clark doesn't return phone calls which tells me he doesn't care what customers have to say. Chris Wilson in Finance lied to my face and made empty promises. Dealership can not be trusted. More
3 trips to seal the deal It took us 3 trips to get this done. I understand that situations happen but I specifically asked the salesman on day 2 "if we should even go up there It took us 3 trips to get this done. I understand that situations happen but I specifically asked the salesman on day 2 "if we should even go up there?" He said "yes come on" and our time was wasted. I felt the sale was more important than considering my time. The first day we were there 4 1/2 hours to finally be told we couldnt do the deal. So you figure day 2 would have kept that in mind. Smh More
