WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD WE RECENTLY HAD OUR HYUNDAI IN FOR WARRANTY REPAIR AND WHEN WE FIRST TOOK IT IN WE WERE TOLD WE WOULD GET A CALL WITH AN TIME WE COULD PICK THE CAR UP WE RECENTLY HAD OUR HYUNDAI IN FOR WARRANTY REPAIR AND WHEN WE FIRST TOOK IT IN WE WERE TOLD WE WOULD GET A CALL WITH AN TIME WE COULD PICK THE CAR UP AND WHAT ALL WAS WRONG AND NEVER GOT A CALL. AFTER I HAD TO CALL AND TRACK DOWN OUR SERVICE WRITER TWO DAYS LATER HE SAID CAR WOULD BE DONE MONDAY NIGHT OR TUE EARLY. WE CALLED ON TUE MORNING TO SEE IF THE CAR WAS READY AND WHEN WE ASKED TO SPEAK WITH OUR SERVICE ADVISER SOMEONE PICKED UP AFTER A COUPLE MINUTES AND SAID HES BUSY AND DOS'NT WANT TO TALK TO US RIGHT NOW. WE THEN HAD TO CALL BACK AGAIN TO TRY AND FIND OUT WHAT THE STATUS OF OUR CAR WAS. THE CAR WAS NOT FIXED UNTIL WED AFTERNOON. WHEN WE PICKED UP THE CAR YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD AT LEAST RUN IT THROUGH THE CAR WASH FOR THE INCONVENIENCE BUT THE CAR WAS MUCH DIRTIER THAN WHEN WE DROPPED IT OFF. I NOR ANYONE I KNOW WILL EVER USE THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. More

Horrible service Brought car in 9 times in 9 months, for known issue. Between working with Bluelink, and Service, to resolve, must have spent more than 100 hours. Last time we were asked to leave car overnight, 3 calls and five days later, they hadn't touched the car, or returned calls. Went up there and was told they were waiting on a part. This was just for Bluelink! They changed, radio, then they changed mirror, and Bluelink said it still wasn't receiving signals from car. More

Free Car Damage Went in for warranty work on my Lancer Evolution. The warranty fix was done but they left a nice gash on my driver side door. After getting a run around for two weeks they said they would fix it. I drop the car off to get the paint repaired and when I returned it was just the worst touch up paint job ever. Its blotchy, uneven and sticks out like a sore thumb. I expect to get my vehicle in the same condition as I did I dropped it off. I am no longer getting any responses back from Brandon Mitsubishi. I've tried contacting them many many times but I keep getting no response or just the run around so I'm done. Stay away from this stealership. More
