The service department "Andrew" is the best! I had an issue with my engine and Andrew went above and beyond to get it taken care of. I had originally bought the car from Wesley Chapel hyundai a I had an issue with my engine and Andrew went above and beyond to get it taken care of. I had originally bought the car from Wesley Chapel hyundai and they wouldn't even return my phone calls when they knew I had an issue. I would not recommend Wesley Chapel hyundai to anyone but Brandon Hyundai and Andrew have a 5 star rating with me!! More

Was signed up for an autopay program and did not disclose the terms of the program to me before signing me up. Was told I would save .25% if I signed up for auto pay. It is through third party company that c the terms of the program to me before signing me up. Was told I would save .25% if I signed up for auto pay. It is through third party company that charges $400 enrollment fee. The company then takes extra money out of your bank account every month that is MORE than your payment. They claim it is applied towards principal to save on interest. Does not actually lower interest rate. Biggest scam I’ve seen in the car business. Luckily was able to cancel before payments began coming up. BEWARE More
