Worst purchase experience ever! Avoid this dealership at all costs! I bought a brand new Palisade there and the detail shop is terrible - I had swirl marks in my paint and tire dr Avoid this dealership at all costs! I bought a brand new Palisade there and the detail shop is terrible - I had swirl marks in my paint and tire dressing overspray all over the rims and had to pay a professional detailer hundreds of dollars to fix. They agreed to pay half of my costs ($700), so $350 at the time of the complaint after purchase and inspection by detailer IF I AGREED to give them a perfect survey (which NEVER came). Called customer service rep and she said they have a new GM and not sure he will honor it and never called me back! Sales rep showed no care and I was clearly just another customer to her and she quickly moved on to the next. Worst place ever to buy a car from! More
