Careful shopping here!! I was in the market for an SUV for my wife. I had previously purchased a vehicle from Brandon Hyundai and figured it was great, why not buy another fr I was in the market for an SUV for my wife. Well it's been almost 3 months since I purchased the new vehicle and my previous car has not been paid off yet. I keep getting phone calls about a vehicle that I don't even have anymore. The dealership is no help either. The person I need to talk to never answers the phone when I call. I leave messages and have yet to receive a call back. Very disappointed with this dealership. Definitely lost this customer!!! The only bright side of this visit was the salesman Ray. He was awesome and bent over backwards to try to make our experience a better one. Unfortunately the rest of the experience has been very painful! More
