I took my vehicle for the recommended service on 9/7/2018 and was informed that my coupons were no longer valid. I was told the dealership was sold and whatever was given to me was not to be honored. I purchased my vehicle from Brandon Hyundai, not the owner. Any contract, written or verbal, should be honored no matter who owns the dealership. When the dealership was purchased, the new owners would have acquired the stock, employees, buildings, and "obligations". If my deal will not be honored, I will take my business elsewhere. The only good thing about my visit was the service consultant, Mario. He was polite, respectful and very helpful. More

Service center I realize Brandon Hyundai makes money by selling service through the service center. And your service reps do a good job of selling. I was at the service center for an oil change to my Hundai and was told I needed air filter and a cabin filter. Both filters were just replaced a week earlier! I hear reps tell women their cars need work done that really isn’t necessary! That is my only complaint! More
