Best service I ever had, Eugene and his crew are the best My AC stopped working, I have a Mitsubishi Outlander and was sent to the Adamo location because they have Mitsubish certified technicians. Eugene Lopez was my service advisor and he gave me the best service I ever had. He was very friendly, and told his mechanic in case the dont have the part to be replaced, he should fill the gas for my AC to make sure I will have a cool car for the next few days till they get the part in. I was lucky they had the part, and Eugen told me it will take about 2 to 2 1/2 hours and exactly after 2 hours the car was ready, AC working and Iam the happiest person. I wish the local dealership here at the Dale Mabry Hwy would have nice people like Eugene, I give him a 5 Star out of 5 Stars. I was lucky my AC repair was under warrany More

I will never come back to this dealership ! I have bought 4 hyundays because I like the cars , but the service is getting worse and worse , every time I go for service I end up paying more than I have bought 4 hyundays because I like the cars , but the service is getting worse and worse , every time I go for service I end up paying more than $600.00 because they say I need this and that and whatever !!!!! On a new car? So anyway last time I went , it was to replace my battery wich it was supposed to be under warranty. But they said my car had 25 miles over so I have to pay $189.00 plus tax and parts ? They told me that, after 2 hour of waiting , and that i have to wait another hour . So I declined the service because i didn’t have time to wait , so i went to batteries plus , and they had the battery for $119.00 and they installed for free!!!!! In les than 5 minutes ! So i found out that i have been ripoff all this past years what a waist of time and money 💰 a big ripoff !!!! More

Also called to check to see if there were a lot of appointments before I went to get my car serviced (oil change) on Friday the receptionist said “only two appointments today!! They should get you out in no time”.... it took over two hours and fourty five minutes.. I just bought this brand new car in Daytona Beach, but if I had known I’d be moving to Tampa and bought the car at Brandon knowing the service, I would have most definitely changed my mind and bought somewhere else.
