I signed on a car with hail damage under the agreement that the damage would be fixed. A few days later after I signed, I got a call saying that the mechanic found that the hail damage could cause mechani that the damage would be fixed. I never received my paperwork, as the flash drive I was given did not work. I asked for someone to call me explaining what issues they found with the car and no one ever told me. I have tried to give the Brandon Tomes staff the benefit of the doubt, but at this point I am seriously wondering if there actually was nothing found by the mechanic, and it was just going to cost more than they thought to fix it. I spent all day working on this deal, and to have it canceled with no apology or detailed explanation was unacceptable and very disappointing. More

As a customer of Brandon Tomes since 2012, I have received precisely what I expected- professional and fair treatment. Quentin "QB" thoroughly explained the financing terms, found us the best interest rate, and answered our questions. Even Russell Lily and Dylon Fortier came by to ensure we were properly cared for. You cannot go wrong with Brandon Tomes Subaru. There are 2 Subaru dealerships closer to where we live, but BT Subaru is worth the drive. More
