Jacob Plumlee was amazing! His team was very much helpful in getting my payment where I needed it to be. Friendly customer service from all in the dealership! Vehicle was cleaned, gassed up and ready for me quickly after signing the final paperwork! Quenton Bass had us signing electronically which was effortless. Was greeted by Jacob Plumlee upon arrival and told him I had an appointment with Alex Poole. He went to find him and came back and said he wasn't there today. Jacob then took over and got a list of what I had an appointment with Alex Poole. He went to find him and came back and said he wasn't there today. Jacob then took over and got a list of what I was looking for in my Forester. He found one that fit my needs and we took it for a test drive. Really liked the way it handled. We went over pricing and my trade in and came to a price I could handle. Jose did the paperwork on the SUV while they washed and added the license plates. Jacob explained a lot of the features and we set up an appointment with Kaylah to have her show how to use all the bells and whistles in a couple of weeks. More
