We have always been a Lexus family. When we decided to move to Idaho where our young grandchildren were, we knew we wanted a car for me that would be SAFE and comfortable to drive. So we decided to visit Brandon Tomes Subaru to check out Subarus. We were greeted with a smile by Jacob Plumlee. He asked the right questions that lead us to the Outback Touring. After Jacob and Jeff Sapp (who did a great job) found the right one for me, (cause I’m pretty picky), we were on our way. Recovering from knee surgery, I was exhausted so Jacob and Jeff made the executive decision to have Jacob come to our home for me to sign the paperwork. That is customer service you just don’t see anymore. Jacob has followed up, Jeff has followed up so NOW, I have a beautiful new car that I can feel SAFE and can’t wait to get to Idaho to have our oldest grandson 10 to teach me all the bells and whistles!
